Visitors to enjoy free Latin American fiesta in London
On the second of August the largest free Latin American fiesta in Europe will hit the streets of London. The 11th Carnaval del Pueblo in London will be a colorful and vibrant celebration of culture, music and dance form 19 Latin American countries.
The colourful Carnaval del Pueblo float procession will leave Elephant Road at midday, and will proceed to Burgess Park via Walworth Road, Camberwell Road and Albany Road.
The latin party spirit will be alive in Burgess Park where live latin acts will perform visitors untill 10 o clock at night. Visitors can enjoy performances on the main stage from famous stars or alternatively can visit the Brazilian, Latin and Andean hip hop areas to enjoy Columbian salsa performances, Brazillian samba shows, Bolivian Folklore and Peruvian and Bolivian Panpipes.
So whether visitors want to relax and chill out or dance the evening away they will enjoy this free day out. Latin American is also famous for its delicious cuisine and visitors have ample oppurtunity to try these culinary delights at the many fod stalls also in Burges Park.
